An Escape Room is a game where a team solves puzzles and challenges to escape from a room or solve a mystery before time runs out. Using logic and teamwork, players uncover clues and decipher codes to achieve their goal.
How long does one game last?
One game lasts around 60 minutes, and our Game Masters are always there to assist you in solving puzzles and challenges, helping you overcome all obstacles and complete the entire room on time.
Is prior knowledge required?
No prior knowledge is required for the Escape Room. All tasks are designed to be fun and challenging, regardless of your experience. Just bring your creativity and team spirit!
How difficult are the puzzles?
The difficulty of the puzzles depends on your ability to work together as a team and maintain focus under pressure. The game is designed to test your skills in observation, connecting clues, creative thinking, and many other abilities. The better you cooperate and the more focused you are, the easier it will be to overcome the challenges!

The difficulty of the room for your team depends on your level of teamwork and concentration under pressure and adrenaline. The Escape Room game is designed to test your teamwork, observation, clue connection, creativity, and many other skills.
What if we can't solve the puzzle?
In case you don’t know how to solve a particular puzzle and too much time is passing, you have the option to ask for help from our Game Master! The Game Master will give you a small hint to guide you in the right direction, but will not provide the solution. It is very important to keep an eye on the remaining time, as many teams get very close to finishing but run out of time. The difficulty of the room for your team depends on your level of teamwork and concentration under pressure and adrenaline. The Escape Room game is designed to test your teamwork, observation, clue connection, creativity, and many other skills.
What if we run out of time?
If time runs out, the Game Master will join you and show the remaining solutions.
Is it possible to pay with a card?
Payment on-site is only accepted in cash.
Do we need to make a reservation in advance?
Yes, reservations in advance are required! You can make a reservation through the website by selecting your game and then choosing your preferred time slot in the booking system and entering your details. Once we receive your request, we will confirm your reservation as soon as possible.
What if we need to cancel the reservation?
No problem at all, but we kindly ask that you make the reservation only after confirming that the chosen time works for the rest of the team. In case of cancellation, please do so in a timely manner, preferably at least a day in advance, so that the slot can be made available for another interested team.
Where and when should we arrive?
You should arrive exactly at the start time of your game. The exact location can be found at the bottom of our website. Please note that your session lasts 60 minutes, and the next team’s session will start immediately after yours. For this reason, we kindly ask that you arrive on time, as unfortunately, if you’re late, we will have to shorten your game. Please make sure to inform the rest of your team about the location and the start time of your game, as we do not tolerate lateness.
Is prior knowledge required for the game?
No prior knowledge is required to play an escape room, but here are some tips if it’s your first time:
Thoroughly search the room to find all available clues.
Share the information you find with the rest of the team so everyone is aware of the new clues.
If you notice a lot of time has passed and you’re not making progress, it’s time to ask the Game Master for a small hint.
Don’t try to open locked items unless you’ve unlocked the padlock first.
There’s no need to move large furniture.
There’s no need to use force; any damage to the room will be charged.
There are no hidden clues among cables or outlets.
Do not use any items or devices you’ve brought with you, such as phones.
